We are looking for new talents to join our Operations Team as a Foreign Trade Operations Specialist.
- Being responsible for tracking customs regulations and procedures,
- Track and trace Inbound/outbound cargo shipments’ documentation,
- Collecting and archiving declaration forms of all export transactions,
- Analyzing declaration process performance of the cargo partners,
- Evaluating and comparing the performance with the KPIs,
- Responsible for international customer returns documentation process,
- Responsible for tracking country declaration processes and import operations in the countries.
- Conducting new customer and market research
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university International Trade-Marketing, International Logistics, Foreign Trade or related fields,
- Ability to understand customer needs and shipping requirements,
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment,
- Open to work in cross-functional teams,
- Minimum 1 years experience in export-import operations, documentation, customs & shipping processes,
- Clear verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills,
- Good command of MS Office (Especially Excel),
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a company environment,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
