Industrial Grinding Discs for Metal

Industrial Grinding Discs for Metal

Grit size is decreased compared to standard metal grinding discs. It has a more durable structure due to this feature.
Aluminum oxide is used as abrasive.
They are successful in grinding and deburring processes of all steels which are low alloy and with a hardness rate higher than 25 HRC. In addition to the use of metal deburring discs, they are also preferred for grinding certain steel cast materials.
In addition to the above fields of use, they are very successful in grinding nodular cast pieces. They are particularly preferred for grinding materials which are extremely sensitive to heat such as Ni-Hard.
