Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

Own day-to-day export operations: customs documentation, shipment tracking, and cargo partner coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Track customs regulations and procedures across our key destinations
  • Manage inbound/outbound cargo documentation and shipment tracking
  • Prepare export declaration forms and maintain archives
  • Evaluate cargo partner performance against KPIs
  • Handle international customer returns and documentation
  • Conduct new customer and market research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export-import operations and customs
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable juggling multiple shipments in a customer-focused environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
