Who can become a Seza Global dealer?
Registered companies with a verifiable tax/VAT ID and a hardware-related business activity — dealers, contractors, distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers. Submit the dealer application form and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
How do I see prices?
Prices are visible only to approved dealers inside our B2B portal at b2b.sezaglobal.com. This protects our partners' margins and ensures pricing consistency. Apply for dealership to gain access.
Are there minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product. Some items ship per piece, others by pack or pallet — visible inside the dealer portal. Bulk orders qualify for volume pricing.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are advance payment via wire transfer. Established dealers may qualify for letter of credit or credit terms after relationship review.
How does shipping work?
Express via FedEx, UPS, DHL for parcels up to 30 kg. Sea and land freight for larger shipments. See our Shipping page for details.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ATR/EUR.1 and other documents are prepared by our export team and included with the shipment.
What languages does your team speak?
Turkish, English, Azerbaijani, Arabic and French. We assign account managers based on your preferred language.
Can I order custom or non-catalog items?
Yes. We source non-catalog items through our manufacturer network and engineer custom solutions on request. Send us specifications via the contact form.
What's your warranty and returns policy?
All branded products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items are replaced or refunded after inspection. Specifics depend on the manufacturer and are detailed in your account agreement.
