2. Personal data we process
When you submit our contact or dealer application forms we process your name, business email address, phone number, company details (legal name, tax ID, country, city, website, years in business), business profile (entity type, categories of interest, estimated monthly purchase volume, how you heard about us), and any message or notes you choose to share. For abuse prevention we also log your IP address and browser user-agent string.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to enquiries, evaluate dealership applications, conduct pre-contractual discussions, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet our legal obligations. The processing is based on Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest of the controller, balanced against your fundamental rights), and Art. 5/2(a) (expressly provided by law). For visitors in the EU/UK the equivalent GDPR bases are Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(f), and Art. 6(1)(c).
4. International transfers
Form submissions are stored on our cloud database provider (Supabase) and notifications are delivered through our email provider (Zoho Mail). These providers may operate data centres outside Türkiye. We rely on adequate safeguards under KVKK Art. 9 and, where applicable, GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by lawful authority.
5. Retention
Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. Dealer application records are retained for 24 months if the application is unsuccessful, or for the duration of the commercial relationship if approved. Longer statutory retention periods apply where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 (and GDPR Art. 15-22 where applicable) you have the right to be informed about whether and how your data is processed, to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You may also object to decisions taken solely on the basis of automated processing.
7. How to contact us
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your submission, including information that allows us to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Marketing communications consent
If you tick the marketing communications checkbox on our forms, we may send you promotional, campaign and product announcement messages via email, SMS, phone or instant messaging — under Turkish Law No. 6563 on Electronic Commerce. Ticking this box is entirely optional and has no effect on your application. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to [email protected]; we will action withdrawal requests within 3 business days. The date, IP address and locale of your consent are stored as proof of consent.

This site uses strictly necessary cookies for session and language preference, plus Cloudflare Turnstile cookies for bot protection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
