Dispatch timeline
Stocked items are dispatched within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. For direct-from-manufacturer items, lead times are confirmed at quote stage.
Express delivery (≤ 30 kg)
International courier via FedEx, UPS and DHL — typical 2-5 business days door-to-door, fully tracked.
Sea & land freight
For pallets, full and partial container loads, we quote sea and land freight on a per-shipment basis. Our export team handles booking, documentation and tracking.
Shipping costs
Determined per order based on weight, volume and destination. Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders — confirmed at quote stage.
Documentation
Every shipment includes invoice, packing list and tracking. Certificate of origin, ATR/EUR.1 forms and customs declarations are prepared on request, included for export shipments.
Customs & taxes
Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We supply complete commercial documentation to make customs clearance straightforward.
