The Somafix chemical anchor comes in a 300 ml pack. A chemical anchor bonds the stud to the substrate with resin injected into the hole; unlike a mechanical anchor it applies no expansion force. It is used where edge distances are small, in perforated brick and under high load. Not clearing the hole of dust is the most common error and lowers load capacity.
