The 183 Best products in the catalogue fall into two groups, and that division is the shortest way to understand the brand. The first is paint: 122 cans of spray paint, varnish and primer. The second is technical aerosols: 61 cans of mould release, welding spray, dye penetrant, cleaner, lubricant and grease. They come out of the same factory but they are different purchasing decisions — one is a choice of colour, the other is the answer to a production or maintenance problem.

On the paint side the choice starts with the binder. The nitrocellulose ranges — 300 ml B-300 and 400 ml Classic — are touch dry in 10 minutes, hard dry in 1 hour and fully cured in 8; they are the most practical thing for general work. The acrylic Elite range is ordered by RAL number, stands the weather better and, with 40 colours, is the largest group in the catalogue. The 250 ml Light range, touch dry in 5 minutes, is for hobby work and small refinishing jobs.

The paints outside the general-purpose colours were each made for a specific problem, and on this site they sit on their own shelves. High temperature paint is rated to 600 °C and solves the problem of ordinary paint scorching off exhausts, stoves and flues. Tractor paint is made in the original body colours, because on a repair it is the shade matching, not the quality of the paint, that decides the result. Bumper paint grips rigid plastic without primer; transparent lens tint colours a lens without hiding it; underbody coating lays down a thick layer that absorbs stone chips.

On the technical side the products sit inside a production step. In plastic injection, choosing a mould release comes down to one question — will the part be painted or labelled afterwards: if it will, silicone-free KA-571 (200 °C); if not, silicone-based KA-1000 (250 °C, non flammable) or KA-2000. In welding, anti-spatter spray goes on the work and the paste in the torch nozzle, and both stop spatter sticking. For checking the weld afterwards there is the three-stage dye penetrant set: cleaner, red penetrant, developer.

In the maintenance and cleaning group the products are separated by what they leave behind. Brake cleaner leaves nothing — brake friction drops with even the thinnest oil film. Lubricating contact cleaner (EL-100) does the opposite and leaves a thin film, because a moving contact should not be left bare after cleaning; the non-lubricating one (EL-200) flashes off without a trace for sensitive boards. The heavy duty degreaser is pH 13, while the stainless cleaner is water based and leaves a protective layer on the surface.

Across the lubricants the shared problem is keeping the lubricant where it is put. Chain spray is high-viscosity and does not fling off; rubber-reinforced liquid grease works in metal-to-metal contact at loads up to 100,000 psi; cavity wax creeps into closed sections as a water-repellent film rated to 120 °C. The MoS₂ version of the rust remover leaves a lasting separating layer between the metals, which also makes the next disassembly of the same joint easier.

  • What is the difference between the Elite and Classic ranges?

    Elite is acrylic and ordered by RAL number: it stands the weather better and repeats a colour reliably (touch dry 10 minutes, hard 2 hours, full cure 12 hours). Classic is nitrocellulose and sold by colour name: it dries faster (10 minutes, 1 hour, 8 hours) and is enough for general work.

  • Can I order by RAL number?

    Yes — that is what the Elite range is for. The catalogue lists a wide span from RAL 1013 ivory to RAL 9016 traffic white, with matt and gloss versions of the same RAL number as separate products. Shades outside the chart may be available among the special-order colours.

  • What temperature does the heat resistant paint withstand?

    600 °C / 1112 °F. Exhausts, manifolds, stoves, flues and oven bodies all sit in that range. Do not confuse it with radiator paint: that is for warm surfaces and is not for use where flame touches the surface.

  • Which mould release should I choose?

    If the part will be painted or labelled afterwards, silicone-free KA-571 (200 °C). If a non-flammable product is required, silicone-based KA-1000 (250 °C). If only release performance matters, KA-2000 (220-250 °C under indirect flame).

  • Can the three dye penetrant products be bought separately?

    Yes. The three work together but are not used up at the same rate: the cleaner goes fastest because it is used both in the first step and to wipe off the excess penetrant, so ordering it on its own is normal.

  • Are there restrictions on shipping aerosols?

    Aerosols are pressurised packaging and fall under dangerous goods transport rules; shipments are planned accordingly. The right carriage method for the quantity and destination is settled when the order is placed.
