Ritmo Basic 160 Butt Fusion Machine Ø 40-160 mm

Basic 160 welds PE and PP pressure pipe from Ø 40 to 160 mm. At 31 kg it is the most portable machine in the line, and is used for service connections on water and gas networks, irrigation and plumbing work. The Basic line is manual hydraulic butt fusion driven by an electro-hydraulic power unit. The Teflon-coated heating plate is held by the high-precision Digital Dragon thermoregulator, with an independent thermometer for verification. The electric milling cutter carries long-life blades, a safety microswitch and motor overload protection, and welding parameters can be recorded with the Inspector 2.0 data logging system on request.
