The GFB Caliper measures to 150 mm, reads to 0.05 mm, is a vernier instrument. A caliper measures outside, inside, depth and step. Digital models read off a display and zero at any point; dial models need no battery; vernier models are read off the nonius scale. Used to check dimensions in turning, milling and assembly.
