Elektra 1000 welds Ø 20-1600 mm electrofusion fittings from a 230 V supply, delivering the output that large couplers and saddles demand, with 4,000 cycles of memory and full traceability as standard. Elektra control units read the fitting's barcode with a laser scanner and set the welding parameters automatically to ISO 13950. Ambient temperature compensation is automatic, the cycle is monitored continuously and stopped on deviation, and parameters can also be entered by hand. Welding reports export as PDF, CSV and BIN, and the impact-resistant technopolymer housing is built for site conditions.
