Elektra 500 covers Ø 20-500 mm with 4,000 cycles of memory, USB-A connection and PDF, CSV and BIN reports. With ISO 12176-3 operator and ISO 12176-4 pipe traceability it suits infrastructure work that requires a welding record. Elektra control units read the fitting's barcode with a laser scanner and set the welding parameters automatically to ISO 13950. Ambient temperature compensation is automatic, the cycle is monitored continuously and stopped on deviation, and parameters can also be entered by hand. Welding reports export as PDF, CSV and BIN, and the impact-resistant technopolymer housing is built for site conditions.
