Product details
Spiral flute machine tap cutting an M20x1.5 thread. Tapping drill size 18.5 mm, which gives the standard thread height. DIN 374 is the dimensional standard for fine pitch machine taps. For machine tapping and tapping attachments. It cuts the 1.5 mm fine pitch. A spiral flute lifts the chip back out along the shank, which is what keeps a blind hole from packing with swarf and breaking the tap in long-chipping steels.
