Sigma 500 PRO cuts Ø 60-500 mm pipe straight at 0° and at angles from -45° to +67.5°. It weighs 340 kg, moves by forklift, and lateral movement of the cutting head speeds up setup.
Sigma workshop band saws square or angle the pipe before welding, cutting anywhere from -45° to +67.5°. The operator keeps clear of the blade with a full view of the cut, and the feed control carries a safety microswitch. On the larger models a control cabin and auxiliary devices that reduce load on the blade are standard.
