Ritmo Sigma 800 PRO Pipe Band Saw Ø 90-800 mm

Sigma 800 PRO cuts Ø 90-800 mm pipe straight and at angles, holding full diameter capacity between -30° and +30°. At 950 kg on a 400 V three-phase supply, with a feed potentiometer to set cutting speed, it is built for fittings fabrication shops. Sigma workshop band saws square or angle the pipe before welding, cutting anywhere from -45° to +67.5°. The operator keeps clear of the blade with a full view of the cut, and the feed control carries a safety microswitch. On the larger models a control cabin and auxiliary devices that reduce load on the blade are standard.
