Ritmo FM 630/180 Butt and Socket Fusion Manifold Machine

FM 630/180 builds manifolds on Ø 50-630 mm main pipe using both butt fusion and socket fusion. Butt fusion covers Ø 32-180 mm branch pipe or fittings, socket fusion Ø 20-125 mm, so one machine carries both methods. The operating station and clamps travel along the frame and can be spaced as needed. The control panel sits perpendicular to the frame so setup and heating plate movement are managed from one position. Standard equipment includes a frame with two clamps for Ø 630 mm pipe and Ø 50-560 mm inserts, butt fusion clamp and inserts for Ø 32-180 mm, an electrofusion clamp for Ø 20-125 mm, the control panel, an interchangeable heating plate and a DataLogger housing (Inspector 2.0 on request).
