Ritmo FM 630/125 Manifold Fabrication Machine Ø 50-630 mm

FM 630/125 fabricates manifolds by welding Ø 20-125 mm branches onto Ø 50-630 mm main pipe. The sequence is drilling the main pipe with dedicated bits, then welding with saddle sockets. Self-centring clamps working with the alignment between fitting and pipe hole repeat the same geometry on every branch. The operating station and clamps move freely along the frame, so both pipe segments and full lengths can be worked. A potentiometer sets the advance of the drill and the fitting clamp precisely. Standard equipment covers the support table, self-centring clamps with Ø 50-560 mm inserts, the drilling machine, the electrical panel and two control panels.
