FM 630/315 is a production line for batch manifold fabrication, welding Ø 90-315 mm branches onto Ø 200-630 mm main pipe. It combines a workstation with separate milling and welding areas and a bench of mobile islands that hold the pipes being worked.
Drilling and welding are controlled by a set of position sensors, and the data is stored so a batch of manifolds can be reproduced exactly. With a 400 V three-phase supply, 18 kW total power and a weight of 8,560 kg, it is built for fixed production facilities.
