The GFB Lathe Chuck is 200 mm across, with 3 jaws. A lathe chuck holds the work on the spindle. In a three-jaw universal chuck the jaws move together on a scroll and self-centre round stock; in a four-jaw each jaw adjusts independently, so square and off-centre work can be held. Indexing (AF) models divide the body for angular positioning. Used for workholding on a lathe.
