Basic 315 Easy Life is an 86 kg machine covering Ø 90-315 mm with the Easy Life system, cutting both cycle time and error margin on projects that make many joints on distribution mains. The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
