Delta 1000 Easy Life is a 2,090 kg machine covering Ø 630-1000 mm with the Easy Life automated system, making joint traceability standard on large infrastructure projects. The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
