Ritmo RED Re-Rounding Clamps Ø 63-1200 mm

RED clamps restore roundness before welding on PE pipe that has been uncoiled or has gone oval in storage. Three sizes cover the range: RED 63-125 for small diameters, RED 90-400 for medium, RED 400-1200 for large. Pipe that is still oval never seats fully in the clamps, so the welding face never sees even pressure. The equipment around a butt fusion machine has a direct effect on both joint quality and site productivity: rollers keep the pipe on axis and make loading and unloading manageable, re-rounding clamps prepare ovalised pipe for welding, internal debeaders remove the inner bead after welding, and data logging turns a joint into a documented one.
