Ritmo RID Internal Debeader Heads Ø 90-630 mm

RID internal debeader heads remove the bead left inside the pipe after butt fusion. They come for Ø 90-110, 125-160, 160-200, 225-315, 355-500 and 560-630 mm, handling bead widths of 20-45 mm depending on head size. Removing the inner bead cuts flow loss and the risk of deposits, which is why potable water and process lines ask for it. The equipment around a butt fusion machine has a direct effect on both joint quality and site productivity: rollers keep the pipe on axis and make loading and unloading manageable, re-rounding clamps prepare ovalised pipe for welding, internal debeaders remove the inner bead after welding, and data logging turns a joint into a documented one.
