Ritmo Pipe Rollers — Roller 355 and Roller 1000

Pipe rollers carry the pipe on the machine axis and let it move freely into the joint. Roller 355 handles up to Ø 355 mm with a 650 kg capacity; Roller 1000 covers Ø 315-1000 mm. By keeping the pipe's weight off the clamps they protect both the alignment of the joint and the life of the clamps. The equipment around a butt fusion machine has a direct effect on both joint quality and site productivity: rollers keep the pipe on axis and make loading and unloading manageable, re-rounding clamps prepare ovalised pipe for welding, internal debeaders remove the inner bead after welding, and data logging turns a joint into a documented one.
