Basic 250 Easy Life is a 63 kg machine welding Ø 75-250 mm on an automated cycle — the same diameter band as the manual hydraulic Basic 250, but with a recorded, repeatable cycle.
The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
