Basic 355 Easy Life is a 100 kg machine running an automated cycle across Ø 125-355 mm — trunk main diameters, on jobs where recording the welding parameters is a specification requirement.
The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
