Delta 1000 Trailer is a 4,385 kg heavy-duty trailer machine for Ø 355-1000 mm. On large transmission mains it replaces a fixed welding yard with a machine that works its way along the route.
On the Trailer line the machine sits on a trailer with steering wheels, carrying every functional element on board so one person can position it around the site. The Easy Life automated welding system, a removable control panel with GPS, an on-board electric milling cutter and the tool-free SmartLock reduction system are standard.
