Ritmo Delta 160 M Mechanical Butt Fusion Machine Ø 32-160 mm

Delta 160 M is a 24.8 kg mechanical drive machine for Ø 32-160 mm. Two self-centring clamps and a locking system let the operator hold pressure constant through a manual weld. On the mechanical drive line welding pressure is applied mechanically rather than hydraulically: fewer parts, less weight and lower maintenance. The steel frame doubles as a workbench. The Teflon-coated heating plate is held by an electronic thermoregulator and the electric milling cutter is protected by a safety microswitch.
