Ritmo Delta 1600 HDR Butt Fusion Machine Ø 800-1600 mm

Delta 1600 HDR is a 4,800 kg high duty range machine for Ø 800-1600 mm — Ritmo's largest diameter class, built for the thick-walled pipe that needs the highest welding pressures. The Delta line is heavy-duty butt fusion for large-diameter infrastructure. Clamps with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping, a hydraulic milling cutter and an on-board heating plate remove the manual handling that large diameters otherwise demand. Welding parameters are recorded with Inspector 2.0 (on request) and can be reported through the Orangecloud platform.
