Delta 48″ is a 2,500 kg machine covering 28-48″ IPS and 30-42″ DIPS. It is the choice for projects built to North American pipe standards and for export work specified in IPS/DIPS.
The Delta line is heavy-duty butt fusion for large-diameter infrastructure. Clamps with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping, a hydraulic milling cutter and an on-board heating plate remove the manual handling that large diameters otherwise demand. Welding parameters are recorded with Inspector 2.0 (on request) and can be reported through the Orangecloud platform.
