Delta 500 is a 230 kg heavy-duty machine for Ø 200-500 mm, used on water and sewage trunk mains, marine outfalls and industrial process pipework.
The Delta line is heavy-duty butt fusion for large-diameter infrastructure. Clamps with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping, a hydraulic milling cutter and an on-board heating plate remove the manual handling that large diameters otherwise demand. Welding parameters are recorded with Inspector 2.0 (on request) and can be reported through the Orangecloud platform.
