Ritmo Delta 500 Easy Life Butt Fusion Machine Ø 200-500 mm

Delta 500 Easy Life is a 230 kg heavy-duty machine welding Ø 200-500 mm on an automated cycle. Large-diameter joints take longer, and automated pressure management removes the drift that comes with operator fatigue. The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
