Ritmo Delta 630 Butt Fusion Machine Ø 280-630 mm

Delta 630 covers Ø 280-630 mm at 415 kg. At these diameters handling the pipe is a job in itself, which is why the machine works with hydraulic clamp and milling movements throughout. The Delta line is heavy-duty butt fusion for large-diameter infrastructure. Clamps with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping, a hydraulic milling cutter and an on-board heating plate remove the manual handling that large diameters otherwise demand. Welding parameters are recorded with Inspector 2.0 (on request) and can be reported through the Orangecloud platform.
