Delta 630 Easy Life is a 415 kg machine covering Ø 280-630 mm with the Easy Life system. Hydraulic clamp and milling movements together with the automated cycle are what make large-diameter joints repeatable.
The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
