Delta 800 is an 821 kg machine for Ø 500-800 mm, used on large transmission mains, pipe strings prepared for horizontal directional drilling and industrial intake lines.
The Delta line is heavy-duty butt fusion for large-diameter infrastructure. Clamps with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping, a hydraulic milling cutter and an on-board heating plate remove the manual handling that large diameters otherwise demand. Welding parameters are recorded with Inspector 2.0 (on request) and can be reported through the Orangecloud platform.
