Delta 800 Easy Life is an 821 kg machine running an automated cycle across Ø 500-800 mm, used on transmission mains and HDD projects where every joint has to be reported.
The Easy Life system standardises the welding cycle by taking it out of the operator's hands: the operator enters the parameters and the machine manages heating, changeover and cooling pressure automatically. The removable control panel carries a GPS device, so job site location and welding data are recorded. On sites with several operators, that is what stops joint quality varying from person to person.
