Delta Dragon CNC 250 is a 90 kg machine welding Ø 75-250 mm under full CNC control. Its four aluminium clamps allow fittings to be welded between the third and fourth clamp, and it comes in SA (semi-automatic) and FA (fully automatic) versions.
On the Delta Dragon CNC line the cycle is managed entirely by the machine, following the selected welding standard. Internal memory records welding data continuously (4,000 cycles) and GPS fixes the job site; with the optional scanner, operator identity (ISO 12176-3) and pipe identity (ISO 12176-4) are logged too. Semi-automatic (SA) and fully automatic (FA) versions are available, the FA also extracting the heating plate automatically.
