Ritmo HS Rollers — HS 250, HS 630 and HS 1000

The HS series are heavy-duty pipe rollers built for load: HS 250 carries 500 kg to Ø 250 mm, while HS 630 and HS 1000 carry 2,000 kg to Ø 630 mm. They are used on large-diameter lines run in thick wall and long lengths. The equipment around a butt fusion machine has a direct effect on both joint quality and site productivity: rollers keep the pipe on axis and make loading and unloading manageable, re-rounding clamps prepare ovalised pipe for welding, internal debeaders remove the inner bead after welding, and data logging turns a joint into a documented one.
