Ritmo Inspector 2.0 Welding Data Logger

Inspector 2.0 monitors and records pressure and time in real time through the welding cycle. It logs pressure to 160 bar (250 bar optional), produces detailed welding reports, fixes the job site by GPS and makes the data available through the Orangecloud platform — standard kit wherever joints have to be documented afterwards. The equipment around a butt fusion machine has a direct effect on both joint quality and site productivity: rollers keep the pipe on axis and make loading and unloading manageable, re-rounding clamps prepare ovalised pipe for welding, internal debeaders remove the inner bead after welding, and data logging turns a joint into a documented one.
