Ritmo Remedy 1000 FA Tracked Butt Fusion Machine Ø 355-1000 mm

Remedy 1000 FA is the fully automatic version of the tracked machine for Ø 355-1000 mm. At this size every joint is long and expensive, which is why an automated cycle with data logging is the expectation rather than an option. The Remedy and All Terrain line is built to move around the site rather than be carried to it. With its own diesel generator, hydraulic milling cutter, hydraulic roller and the SmartLock clamp system (Ritmo patent) that swaps reductions without tools, it works independently of site power. The welding cycle complies with ISO 21307 High Pressure and ASTM F2620, and joints can be documented with Inspector 2.0.
