GFB Collet ER16 8 mm

The GFB Collet is ER16 series, clamps a 8 mm shank. A collet is a slit sleeve that grips the tool shank all the way round: tightening the holder's nut closes it and centres the tool. The series (ER8-ER40, OZ) is the collet's outside size, the second figure the shank diameter it closes on. Used to hold tools in milling machines, CNC and die grinders.
