Elektra XL V1 welds every electrofusion fitting from Ø 20 to 1600 mm on single-phase 230 V — the widest range in the line, with 8,000 cycles of memory, full traceability and an optional GPS module.
Elektra control units read the fitting's barcode with a laser scanner and set the welding parameters automatically to ISO 13950. Ambient temperature compensation is automatic, the cycle is monitored continuously and stopped on deviation, and parameters can also be entered by hand. Welding reports export as PDF, CSV and BIN, and the impact-resistant technopolymer housing is built for site conditions.
