Polyfusion 2-100 is the thickest manual model, welding up to 100 mm across a 2 m width. Sheets are clamped hydraulically — the machine for thick-walled couplers and fabricated parts. Polyfusion presses butt-weld PE and PP sheet to build the bodies of tanks, silos, couplers and fabricated parts. The working surface carries a graduated scale on both sides, which speeds up positioning and centring. Straight welds, twin-wall sheet and — on request — 90° welds are all covered.
