Polyfusion 3-30 is a CNC hydraulic press welding 3-30 mm sheet across 3 m. Its compact footprint in the welding area is what allows small-diameter couplers to be made, and the internal computerised control runs the cycle to preset temperature and pressure parameters. Polyfusion presses butt-weld PE and PP sheet to build the bodies of tanks, silos, couplers and fabricated parts. The working surface carries a graduated scale on both sides, which speeds up positioning and centring. Straight welds, twin-wall sheet and — on request — 90° welds are all covered.
