Alfa 1000 CNC TAB makes Ø 355-1000 mm elbows and Ø 355-800 mm tees, crosses and wyes, working from 0 to 230 bar — the way large infrastructure projects get fittings in sizes nobody stocks. On the CNC TAB models the whole cycle is managed from an Android tablet (10" or 15.6", 1920 x 1200). Welding parameters, angle and segment count are set on the tablet, and the machine handles positioning through hydraulic clamps and applies welding pressure itself. Because production data is stored, the same fitting can be reproduced exactly.
