Alfa TEL-800 fabricates segmented fittings across Ø 400-800 mm in a 2,220 kg machine. Adjustment wheels on the welding carriages let the operator align the two parts precisely by hand, running from a 400 V three-phase supply. The Alfa line fabricates segmented fittings — elbows, tees, crosses, wyes — from pipe sections, which is how you get a fitting in a diameter or at an angle nobody stocks. The body runs on two trolleys, one hydraulically driven, and milling, heating and joining all happen in the same setup.
