Alfa 24 CNC TAB makes elbows, tees, crosses and wyes across 8-24″ IPS and DIPS, working from 1 to 230 bar with a 15.6" tablet console — the imperial counterpart of the Alfa 630 CNC TAB. On the CNC TAB models the whole cycle is managed from an Android tablet (10" or 15.6", 1920 x 1200). Welding parameters, angle and segment count are set on the tablet, and the machine handles positioning through hydraulic clamps and applies welding pressure itself. Because production data is stored, the same fitting can be reproduced exactly.
