Product details
Polyfusion 3 is a CNC pneumatic press with a 3,050 mm working width. Its cycle complies with DVS 2207 and parameters for HDPE, PP, PVC-U, PVC-C and PVDF are preloaded. The pneumatic locking system works in four distinct zones with a high density of pressure pads and even force distribution.
Polyfusion presses butt-weld PE and PP sheet to build the bodies of tanks, silos, couplers and fabricated parts. The working surface carries a graduated scale on both sides, which speeds up positioning and centring. Straight welds, twin-wall sheet and — on request — 90° welds are all covered.
