Product details
Polyfusion 4 welds sheet up to 4,050 mm wide: 3-50 mm solid, up to 60 mm twin-wall. CNC pneumatic control runs a DVS 2207 compliant cycle and ships with parameter sets for five materials.
Polyfusion presses butt-weld PE and PP sheet to build the bodies of tanks, silos, couplers and fabricated parts. The working surface carries a graduated scale on both sides, which speeds up positioning and centring. Straight welds, twin-wall sheet and — on request — 90° welds are all covered.
