Alfa 16 CNC TAB makes 4-16″ IPS elbows and 4-12″ IPS tees, crosses and wyes — the imperial counterpart of the Alfa 400 CNC TAB, for projects and export work specified in IPS/DIPS.
On the CNC TAB models the whole cycle is managed from an Android tablet (10" or 15.6", 1920 x 1200). Welding parameters, angle and segment count are set on the tablet, and the machine handles positioning through hydraulic clamps and applies welding pressure itself. Because production data is stored, the same fitting can be reproduced exactly.
